Here are the answers to some of the most common questions about our e-books.
How do I sample a book?
On the information page for each book in the shop you will find a link to a free sample. Download the free sample and enjoy it with our compliments.
Does the download work for my geographical area?
These downloads will work everywhere. If you want to buy a download – PayPal just calculates the exchange rate for your currency and asks for the correct amount in the money you are used to using.
How can I read an e-book on my computer?
There are many different e-book reader programs available for free. Try searching in Google for ‘free ebook reader’. Here are some links to some of the more popular ones:
How do I buy an e-book?
Simply click on the ‘add to cart’ button on the information page or the book list page. When you are ready click the ‘checkout’ button. Follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your purchase. We take payments via PayPal so we never know your payment or card details.
How do I get my e-book once I have paid?
You will be directed to your download page once your purchase has gone through. You are also sent an email with details of how to doenload your book.
How do I get my e-book onto my Kindle?
First download your book onto your computer in the normal way using the Kindle format link. Next, plug your kindle into your computer with the lead that was supplied with it. Your kindle will then appear as another disk drive on your machine. You simply need to locate your downloaded file and copy it to your kindle drive.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the book?
No, once the book has been pruchased it cannot be returned.
Can I ‘lend’ my e-book to somebody else?
Please don’t lend or give your e-book to anyone else. You have purchased a book only for your own reading enjoyment.
